What is your experience with clay?
We reserve the right to cancel a workshop if minimum enrolment is not met, in which case all tuitions and fees will be refunded. Because we are unable to take responsibility for airline tickets that students/visitors may purchase, we ask that you wait until we confirm quorum before scheduling airfare. Limit of Liability: By signing this, the customer acknowledges that travel, contains inherent risks which may result in delay, rerouting or changing itinerary, theft, cancellation, sickness, injury or death. The customer, realizing this, agrees to hold TRAVELARTE blameless for any unexpected or random damage due to an act of negligence of the hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering services included in the scheduled events. Further, no responsibility is accepted by TRAVELARTE for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraint, weather or any other causes beyond it's control. All information offered through this registration will be secure and confidential and used only for the purposes of the workshop registration process and event development by TRAVELARTE.
Our cancellation policies aim to protect all participants involved as well as the Travelarte team and collaborators as they make the considerable investment of time and energy necessary for the preparation of a workshop. Travelarte will refund tuition payment minus a 50$ processing fee up until 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the course. Within 4 weeks of the start of the workshop, all payments will be final unless we can fill your position. There will be no refunds for no-shows, early departures or deviations made by students/visitors to the trip.
Enrollment for our workshops is limited and students will be enrolled on a first come first served basis after receipt of registration documents and payments. Unless otherwise noted,students will be notified of their status within 3 days of the receipt of workshop materials via e-mail and are welcome to contact us if an expedited status update is required. If course is full students will be offered a position on a waiting list. *
